About the Role

PANDORA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective selling skills and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and adapting to their needs
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective selling techniques and product knowledge
• Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and offering e-receipts
• Complete PANDORA online training modules to develop skills and flourish as a PANDORA team member
• Lead by example, coaching and training newer team members
• Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment
• Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges

Requirements

• Strong selling skills, with experience in retailing desirable consumer products preferred but not essential
• Excellent communicator with articulate spoken English
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
• Positive, "can-do" attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexible approach, with willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
