  • Key Worker Responsibilities: Take on key worker responsibilities, including observing and planning for children's needs, providing engaging and stimulating activities that cater to their individual requirements.
  • Nursery Policies and Procedures: Adhere to our nursery's policies and procedures at all times, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for our children and families.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS and Early Years Outcomes documents, applying this knowledge to inform your practice and contribute to our nursery's ongoing development.
  • Creativity and Initiative: Bring creativity and initiative to your work, using your skills and experience to develop innovative and engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Leadership and Role Modeling: Demonstrate leadership qualities, acting as a positive role model to children and other staff, and promoting a culture of kindness, happiness, and excellence within our nursery.

The ideal candidate will be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and first aid training, demonstrating a commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for our children and families.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience (£8.00 per hour)
