We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our client’s kitchen team near Guildford. As Chef De Partie, you will contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section, helping to ensure exceptional standards and reputation.

You will work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create modern British cuisine with European influences.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead a section in the kitchen and help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• To work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
• To assist with the preparation and cooking of meals to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Chef De Partie or a Demi Chef De Partie within a busy fresh food restaurant, gastro pub or hotel is essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary for this role, with a rota that includes 40 hours per week over a mix of shifts.
• A driving licence/car would be beneficial, based on location.
