Job Title: Team Leader

About the Role

As a Team Leader at Mecca Bingo, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring that our customers feel welcome and valued.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the venue, including managing cash handling and inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and performance


Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
