About the Role

Mecca Bingo is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team in Birkenhead. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure the smooth operation of our venue.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or team leadership position.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
