Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to understand their needs and preferences
  • Plan and coordinate regular outings and events within the home and in the community
  • Ensure that activities are inclusive and accessible for all residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs and make recommendations for improvement

  • Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
