Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Swan Inn, a historic pub in the heart of Grasmere village. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes them feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, taking food and drink orders and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver great food and drinks.
  • Manage bar service, including taking payments and delivering bills efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers.
