Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Swan Inn, a historic pub in the heart of Grasmere village. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our inn, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, taking food and drink orders and delivering excellent service
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver great food and exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage bar service, including taking payments and delivering bills efficiently
  • Support your team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
  • Adhere to our high standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
