Dccarers Office Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Care Team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process registrations and send relevant information to carers.
- Assist with post and mailouts to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on Charitylog.
- Complete various tasks as needed, including attending additional training offered by the team.
- Provide administrative assistance for events, if required.
- Make follow-up calls to carers to ensure they have all the necessary information.
Requirements:
- Participate in our induction and recruitment process.
- Agree to undergo an enhanced DBS check if necessary.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Participate in peer support sessions and supervisions to ensure your growth and development within the team.
Benefits and Remuneration:
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, reflecting the experience level required for this position and taking into account the local market. This role is based in our Spennymoor Office, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
