About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RJS Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
  • Educate patients about their conditions and treatments
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient care
  • Advocate for patients' needs and ensure they are informed and involved in their care decisions

Requirements

  • Valid NMC Registration
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital setting
  • Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
