Leadership Support Specialist

Derby College Group is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This role involves hybrid working, including working from home and travelling between campuses as required.
The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to support the leadership team members, including the Director of HR, Vice Principal of Quality of Education, and Deputy CEO. Your working days will be varied, with active involvement in managing meeting cycles, organising college systems, and prioritising your workload to ensure smooth operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

About YouYou will demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking abilities and strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to managing complex administrative tasks. This is a key role requiring attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working within a similar role providing support to senior leadership is essential.
