Job Overview

This is a senior management position responsible for leading a team of Personal Trainers and ensuring the successful operation of the gym. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of Personal Trainers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales, personal training sessions, and secondary spend.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the gym, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Customer Experience: Create an engaging and welcoming environment for members, promoting loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management within the fitness industry, preferably in a senior role.
  • Personal Trainer qualification to level 3 or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
