Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement, logistics, and inventory management functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and integrate sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and integrate sustainability.
  • Negotiate contracts to optimize value and meet quality and inspection requirements.
  • Monitor and manage team performance metrics, driving accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to forecast demand and plan supply chain activities.
  • Act as a key advisor to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within the aviation or a related technical industry.
  • Proficiency in supply chain systems, strong negotiation skills, and analytical ability to monitor supplier performance and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, with an ability to motivate and guide teams in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain regulations and industry standards, including health, safety, and environmental requirements

A salary of £70,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
