Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Specialist to join our team at GLG Vets. This is a locum position requiring a Veterinary Surgeon specializing in Small Animal care. The successful candidate will provide top-notch care to our patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality veterinary care to small animals in accordance with best practices.
  • Diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Communicating effectively with pet owners, providing guidance on preventive care and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Collaborating with veterinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current license to practice as a veterinarian in the UK.
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills, with experience in small animal care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday: 08:30 - 18:30
Tuesday: 08:30 - 18:30
Wednesday: 08:30 - 18:30
Thursday: 08:30 - 18:30
Friday: 08:30 - 18:30
