**About the Job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a friendly, efficient and caring service to clients and their animals.
- Answer the telephone and take accurate messages.
- Deal with clients at reception or on the telephone.
- Be able to enter computer data accurately and appropriately.
- Handle payments and cash up in line with practice protocol.
- Assist with the cleaning and tidying of the waiting room, reception area, consulting rooms and pharmacy.
- Liaise with reception, nursing and veterinary staff.
- Stock shelves with food and pet products.
- Follow correct policies, protocols and procedures.
**About Us**:
We are a happy, independent small animal veterinary practice in Bexhill-on-sea, we started up during lockdown as a mobile practice to help out in hard times, now we have a brand-new surgery. Our newly established practice has been exceptionally well supported by the local community and we’re so proud of how far we have come in the last year. We have a brilliant team of nurses and care assistants, and we also work regularly with some fantastic specialists. We are always happy to invest in our facilities to drive the practice forward and allow the team to follow their interests. We have lots of brand-new equipment including a full IDEXX in-house lab, dental, x-ray, ultrasound and more.
Our aim is to provide excellent veterinary care, customer service and to alway put the patient first. We are one of the few independent veterinary practices in the area, we don’t ask to up-sell care plans or hit targets, just good old fashioned veterinary care
Located in Bexhill on sea we are a short walk from Bexhill train station, right next to the seafront. Lunch with a sea view
