Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our engineering team and overseeing the fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
