Job Title: Sales Polymer Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Polymer Specialist to join our team at AES. As a Sales Polymer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical support and guidance on polymer technology, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers on polymer selection, design, and processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to customers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the polymer industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong technical knowledge of polymer technology, including design, processing, and application
