Job Title: Sales Polymer Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Polymer Specialist to join our team at AES. As a Sales Polymer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the Medical, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on polymer selection, design, and application
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in the polymer industry, preferably in the Medical, Automotive, or Aerospace sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong technical knowledge of polymers, including design, processing, and application
