Sales Team Lead

Brellis Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to oversee operations across our Stokenchurch and Redditch offices. This role involves managing the internal sales team, ensuring efficient sales administration and a seamless quotation process.
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer forecasts, orders, and quotes efficiently
* Maintain compliance with company sales procedures
* Proactively manage customer order books
* Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to streamline operations
* Support the Sales Director with reporting and stock management
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales team management
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with CRM systems beneficial
