About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Gatwick. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering site-based security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery to clients and customers.
  • Ensure safe and secure environments by protecting people, property, and assets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats.
  • Control access and egress procedures, including thorough checking of passes and on-site parking permits.
  • Issue passes to visitors and contractors, ensuring compliance with local procedures.
  • Promote a positive security culture and maintain accurate records.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First Aid Certificate (Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum)
  • SIA Front Line Licence
  • Eligibility for SC clearance (5 years UK Residency)

You will also require:

  • Security experience
  • Practical experience of site emergency response procedures
  • Understanding of risk management and mitigation
  • Ability to work under pressure
Requirements
  • Screened to BS7858
  • BPSS (Baseline Personal Security Standard) or higher subject to client request
  • Identity check / Right to work / Employment history (last 3 years)
