About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Orchard House Residential Care Home. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the home is clean, comfortable, and safe for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high-quality housekeeping service, ensuring the home is clean and comfortable for residents
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enrich the lives of our residents
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents to ensure their needs are met
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or housekeeping role is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training

  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
