Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular supervision and training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
