Key Responsibilities:
  • Meal Planning and Preparation: Develop menus that cater to individual dietary requirements and food allergies, ensuring that all meals are nutritious and delicious.
  • Kitchen Management: Order, control, store, and rotate kitchen stock efficiently, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure that they meet the required standards of food safety and hygiene.

Salary: £11.50 - £12 per hour (Level 2 Food Safety Qualification) or £12.83 - £13.50 per hour (Level 3 Food Safety Qualification).
