About the Role
The Planning Capacity Coordinator is responsible for effective capacity allocation to meet customer demand. This role requires close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, to ensure outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation capacity and scheduling to meet customer demand.
- Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders to ensure seamless communication.
- Support Team Leads in finding improved ways of working to optimize service operations.
- Manage and coach other Planning Capacity Coordinators in the use of AIRA systems.
- Support and work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced.
- Book materials, create purchase orders, and coordinate delivery of materials.
- Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement optimizations and improvements based on forecasts from the central function.
