Haematology Ward Manager Opportunity

Are you a highly motivated and experienced nurse looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for leading and managing teams? If so, we would like to hear from you We are seeking a Band 7 Midwifery Ward Sister to join our Haematology Directorate as a Haematology Ward Manager.

About the Role:
As a Haematology Ward Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of midwives to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of midwives to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Pertinent postgraduate qualification or willingness to undertake one.
  • Bronze IQT.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior nursing role.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is approximately £54,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
