We are seeking a highly skilled Network Property Manager to join our Area 9 team in Bescot, Walsall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the timely completion of cost packs associated with incident repairs, working closely with operational teams and incident response managers to provide reports on damaged network property. This role requires strong financial understanding, including control and reporting of budgets and associated variations.

Main Responsibilities

The Network Property Manager will provide support to the Commercial team with the administration of the Area 9 M & R Contract, managing the DNP process, including Red & Green Claims, and line managing the DNP Coordinators. The role involves keeping records, completing necessary paperwork, communicating with employees, subcontractors, emergency services, police, general public, clients, and customers. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the preparation and evaluation of compensation event claims, and/or other claims based upon contractual entitlement, and/or insurance claims. They will provide accurate and timely reports to support routine commercial requirements of the contract and ensure value and cost associated with various workstreams are reconciled and recovered via the contract mechanisms within Area 9 Contract.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have practical experience developed from within this business and industry sector, or from an Insurance background. They will have proven ability to demonstrate strong financial understanding, including control and reporting of budgets and associated variations. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking individual with strong commercial acumen and effective communication skills. Experience in the use of estimating software packages such as Causeway, Candy, etc. is desirable. It is essential to have good attention to detail, be flexible, and be open to change, and be able to maintain high technical standards. A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
