About the Role

As a Senior Work Preparator with Stork, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of all asset maintenance activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing Agile methodology to promote work preparation improvements
  • Maintaining the Oneteam ethos and enhancing interdependent relationships with O&M frontline teams
  • Preparing monthly reports on asset maintenance execution KPI's and providing insights to Asset Plant Leadership
  • Reviewing SAP compliance data with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure accuracy
  • Producing monthly downloads of work orders past their LAFD for review by O&M teams
  • Reviewing work orders in SAP to ensure quality work packs are provided to frontline teams
  • Building relationships with O&M frontline teams to ensure work is organized and executed to meet planned activities and high priority tasks
  • Acting as a focal point for design innovation, cost reduction solutions, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensuring all work executed complies with onshore QHSE responsibilities
  • Assisting with resolving conflicts between simultaneous jobs to meet production targets
  • Liaising with repair contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and engineering departments where necessary
  • Ensuring integrity of data stored in maintenance support systems such as SAP
  • Developing a proactive attitude aimed at solving issues and driving down backlogs and reactive tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in maintenance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and maintenance support systems
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
