Job Title: Team Performance Director
Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Team Performance Director to drive team performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure targets are met at beBee Professionals in Bristol, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Plans: Develop and implement plans to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and Motivate the Team: Lead, motivate, and support the team to meet performance targets and goals.
- Monitor and Report on Performance: Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Conduct Regular Meetings: Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues.
- Delegate Tasks and Responsibilities: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Communication and Organizational Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools.
