Job Summary:

Avolon M&E is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a 3-storey hotel & leisure facility, its outbuildings, new racquet courts, a swimming pool, and extensive landscaping on a 35-acre estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from site operations to client liaison, ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining quality control.
  • Be responsible for budget management, contract administration, and leading the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Regularly report progress and proactively manage risks to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site or project management.
  • A proven track record in managing high-value refurbishment projects, particularly within historic or listed buildings.
