About You:

  • Previous experience in a Mental Health Support Worker role or similar healthcare setting.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent are advantageous.
