Key Responsibilities

Person Specification
  • Strong Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Marketing Operations Experience: Experience in managing marketing operations, including event management, marketing systems management, and data analysis.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets, including opex budgets for each building.
  • Marketing Reporting: Ability to develop and distribute marketing reports to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Marketing Communications: Experience in developing and implementing internal marketing communications to engage staff and promote company initiatives.
