Job Responsibilities
- Leading a small team of training and event professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy.
- Designing and delivering high-quality procurement training programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of NHS procurement professionals.
- Serving as the face of NOECPC at events and in the media, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities, ensuring our services remain relevant and impactful.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the NHS procurement landscape, ensuring all training materials are current and relevant.
- Organising and managing training events to ensure they run smoothly and effectively, meeting the needs of our delegates.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
- Demonstrable experience of creating content and delivering in-person and online training to procurement professionals or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to organise, build content, and host large successful events, with a track record of achieving desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and high standards of customer service when dealing with the senior team, the wider Commercial Operations Team, and external/internal stakeholders and members.
