McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join their team at Wheatley Place in Shirley, Solihull. This is a unique opportunity to support the management and smooth running of a thriving community of active and independent older people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams. They will also coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.

About the Role:

  • Manage the security of the development and ensure the safety and wellbeing of homeowners.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams and coordinate activities that strengthen community spirit.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to homeowners.

About You:

  • You will be a warm, friendly, and organized individual with experience of working in a care or support environment.
  • You will have excellent care skills and a passion for supporting older people.
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
