Purosearch Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee the daily operations of our Children's Home. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored care plans, leading a strong team, and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  2. Lead and motivate a team of caregivers to provide exceptional care and support
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including social workers and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care transitions
  4. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, addressing concerns and issues promptly
  5. Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and empathy among staff and young people
