About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team at Gillespie Recruitment Ltd.

As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and trusted environment for children to develop and thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing comprehensive care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  2. Building and leading a high-performing team of childcare professionals
  3. Fostering open communication and collaboration with stakeholders
  4. Allocating key workers to ensure each child receives personalized support
  5. Maintaining high standards of care and adhering to regulatory requirements
  6. Handling complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  7. Participating in regular meetings and updates to ensure seamless communication

About You

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to children.

Requirements include:

  1. 2 years' experience in residential child care
  2. 1 year management experience in a similar setting
  3. Level 3, Children's Residential care qualification
  4. Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare qualification
  5. Full UK driving licence
