Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users with complex needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and promoting independence and dignity.

You will work closely with our service users and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to service users with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Administering medication and monitoring medication regimes
  • Promoting independence and dignity through person-centered care
  • Working collaboratively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration

  • Moving and Handling
