We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering services that support the health and wellbeing of unpaid carers in Portsmouth.

Main Responsibilities

Research and evaluate carer break options, inform and co-produce the carers break strategy, and lead on the implementation and evaluation of these changes.

Working Arrangements

">

This is a full-time position based at our Carers Centre in Southsea. You will be required to travel around the city and gain access to various venues throughout Portsmouth, including carers' homes.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £32,223 - £33,995 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and flexible working hours.
