Job Title: Reinsurance EMEA Strategy Associate

A central member of the Reinsurance Strategy & Execution team, the Strategy Associate will primarily support the EMEA Client Solutions Leadership team on a range of transformational and growth-oriented projects across the solution line, ensuring the successful execution of change to drive and support our growth strategy across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead clear project plans to enable the successful delivery of strategic projects.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of several projects, starting from business case analysis and creation to transition to business-as-usual in local offices.
  • Build a cohesive and effective partnership with business leaders to ensure milestones are delivered on-time.
  • Support change management efforts by creating training and engagement material and involvement in its execution.
  • Develop regional roadmaps and work with the EMEA Client Solutions Leadership Team to track all strategic initiatives across the region and ensure priorities are consistently deployed and measured within country.
  • Produce regular project status reporting and update packs on key initiatives, targeted at C-Suite stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • University degree education or relevant professional qualifications and experience.
  • Experience in a global Project Management role, ideally in the Re/insurance industry.
  • Previous experience of successful delivery on business transformational and growth initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presenting) and experience working with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from Executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
