Job Title: Production Operative
About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated Production Operatives to join our dynamic production team. If you have a passion for fast-paced food production, attention to detail, and enjoy working with pastry, this role might be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Production Lines: Efficiently work on fast-paced production lines following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality and food safety.
- Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks on materials and products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handling Raw Meats: Process pork following strict food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Flour Environment: Work safely in a flour environment, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
- Lifting and Handling: Lift and maneuver heavy objects with ease, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform tasks with attention to detail, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless production processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in food production is preferred, but not essential.
