We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our client's team in Bridgwater, Somerset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing change throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong understanding of LTQR's, RFI's, FCR's, and TQ's.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction or electrical engineering, with proven experience in safely delivering large-scale construction or engineering projects. They will also have experience working on major projects and knowledge of Electrical Safe Systems of Work.

As part of our client's team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Delegating responsibilities to construction engineers and works coordination leads
  2. Leading, managing, and motivating the team through the implementation of best practice
  3. Ensuring documents are compliant with the latest works information
  4. Liaising with SME's and client counterparts
  5. Defining the scope of works and prioritizing documentation to enable construction works
  6. Supporting continuous improvement programs to improve processes and procedures
  7. Providing positive HSE leadership and building a strong and compliant HS&E culture
  8. Ensuring compliance with all nuclear safety and site license requirements
