Laundry Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Laundry Assistant. As a key member of our hospitality services function, you will support the Head Housekeeper in providing a high-quality laundering service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out all laundering duties, ensuring a thorough understanding of wash guide instructions and laundering requirements for various textiles.
- Practice safe systems of work, assessing risk and considering personal safety and the safety of residents, visitors, and staff.
- Contribute fully to teamwork, responding positively to colleagues and promptly acting on all reasonable work instructions.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a positive attitude towards residents, a commitment to delivering exceptional laundry services, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar setting or a hotel, and will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of laundering requirements applicable to various textiles.

This role will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare. You will also be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
