Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled SEN Tutors to join our team in the Southend area. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one tuition sessions to students who have been missing out on education. Your primary goal will be to help these students regain confidence and acquire the necessary skills to pursue further education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Building strong relationships with students and their families

Requirements

  • Proven experience in working with students with SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviours
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
  • Exceptional behaviour management skills
