Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality psychological services to children, young people, and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with experience in undertaking complex assessments and delivering evidence-based psychological therapies. They will also have a passion for teaching and training, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Work closely with other agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive care to service users
- Undertake complex assessments and deliver evidence-based psychological therapies
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- Active registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Post-qualification specialist therapy/assessment training relevant to children and young people
- Post-qualification training or proven equivalent experience in supervision
This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week. We offer flexible working arrangements, including compressed hours and remote working options.
