Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team and take the next step in their career to a senior surveyor. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Cardiff and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and procure sub-contract packages
  • Analysis of tender allowances
  • Measurement and valuation of works
  • Agreement of valuation dates and preparing interim valuations
  • Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions
  • Assisting with Cost Value Reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing and procuring various trade sub-contract packages
  • Familiarity with JCT Contract
  • Sound knowledge of the Construction industry, specifically on Design and Build
