Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy with a national presence, seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join their team.

About the Role

This is a home-based opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing the successful candidate to schedule their surveys around their personal commitments.

  • Main responsibilities include carrying out building surveys and Homebuyers reports, with a focus on residential properties in the Cardiff and Newport area.
  • No timesheets or targets, providing a stress-free working environment.
  • Opportunities for progression to Partnership, making this a long-term career move.
Requirements

Candidates must be MRICS/FRICS qualified, with a wide range of experience in structural and building defects. A commercial building surveyor looking to transition into residential will also be considered.
