The Role – Managing Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a competent Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee the quantity surveying functions for their construction projects.

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to manage cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors and cost engineers
  2. Oversee cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting
  3. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project cost forecasting
  4. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers
  5. Manage change orders and variations while ensuring project profitability
  6. Provide strategic guidance and expertise in quantity surveying operations
