About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating a high number of sales and delivering customer demand by identifying their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating a high number of sales and delivering customer demand
  • Experience within a sales environment/customer-facing role or telesales
  • Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 3 years (essential)
  • Ability to work Monday-Sunday with a different weekly structure for shifts

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary of £16-20k (depending on experience) with on-target earnings of £60,000
  • £1,000 signing bonus (£500 after 1 full month and £500 after 3 full months - repayable if a candidate leaves within their first 6 months)
