Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Reading branch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a warm desk that supplies temporary industrial staff to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop new and existing industrial business
  • Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets
  • Travelling to visit clients for meetings, requiring a driver's license and access to a car
  • Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
  • Managing existing accounts and relationships
  • Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
