About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Team Lead, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The role requires excellent attention to detail and leadership skills to ensure your team is performing at their best.

You will also be responsible for managing the purchase, consumption, and handling of cleaning chemicals, managing a budget, and adhering to health and safety requirements and the latest infection prevention and control policies and procedures.

About You:

You must have previous experience of leading a housekeeping team, ideally within a social care or hospital environment. You will be highly motivated, professional in your approach, and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for individuals with a genuine warm and friendly manner and who can multitask where necessary.

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
