Job Title: Registered Mental Health/Learning Disability Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Baldock Manor Hospital. About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disability Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients
  • Providing expert care and support to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to inform care planning
  • Providing education and training to patients, families, and staff

Person Specification

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
  • Experience of managing a small team
